Jason Dellinger

President/Gunsmith

Jason’s previous work experience includes 5 years in the performance automotive industry building some of the quickest and fastest street cars in the country while working for More Performance, Inc in Charlotte, NC. Jason then entered the family machining and fabrication business that serves Fortune 500 companies in the transportation and automotive industries.

With 23 years of experience as Vice-President at Dellinger Enterprises and responsibilities including advanced manufacturing (industrial lasers, press brakes, CNC machine tools), Q/A processes, SolidWorks 3D modeling software, enterprise IT, and company management, Jason created Performance Weapon Systems. The concept was to combine a passion for performance and firearms with skill in modern manufacturing processes while maintaining a hand-built attention to detail.

Jason enjoys hunting and long-range shooting with yearly guided western hunts and PRS competitions.
